Team Notes
*TCU had its three-game winning streak snapped.
*TCU had a 10-game winning streak in Big 12 regular-season play come to an end. It coincided with the arrival of Sonny Dykes as head coach and tied for 11th-longest in conference history.
*TCU lost for the first time in 17 games under Dykes when ahead or even in turnover margin. Neither team committed a turnover.
*TCU is 8-2 in home games under Dykes.
*The Horned Frogs led 21-14 at the half and did not win for the first time in 14 games under Dykes when ahead at the break.
*Dykes is 1-1 as a head coach against West Virginia.
*The 23 completions by Chandler Morris went to 11 different receivers.
*West Virginia was 1-of-3 on fourth-down attempts with TCU opponents now 4-of-14 on the season.

*Chandler Morris totaled 349 yards of offense and three touchdowns. He completed 23-of-41 passes for 298 yards and two scores while adding 51 yards rushing on 11 carries and a touchdown.
*Morris has passed for at least two touchdowns in each game this season.
*The 31-yard touchdown run by Morris was 1 short of a career-long 32-yard touchdown against Nicholls this season.
*Morris had his third game with a rushing and passing touchdown.
*JP Richardson's first touchdown as a Horned Frog came on a 59-yard reception from Morris.
*Richardson became the second player in TCU history to score a touchdown for and against the Horned Frogs, joining Josh Doctson (Wyoming, 2011; TCU, 2013). Richardson found the end zone for Oklahoma State versus TCU last season.
*Richardson's 87 yards receiving were his most as a Horned Frog. His career high is 90 for Oklahoma State against Iowa State last year.
