
Women’s Tennis Unveils Spring Schedule

Frogs to host nine home matches
FORT WORTH – TCU women's tennis head coach Lee Taylor Walker announced the 2024 spring schedule on Friday. The Horned Frogs' slate features 15 ranked foes, including seven 2023 NCAA Tournament participants. TCU is also set to partake in ITA Kickoff Weekend after finishing last season inside the top-50 of the ITA team rankings.
The year will kick off in Miami at the Miami Invitational featuring the University of Miami and Vanderbilt (Jan. 12-14).
The Frogs begin dual match play on Jan. 20 when they host the Lady Demons of Northwestern State before heading to College Station for the ITA Kickoff Weekend.
The number two seed Frogs will take on Rice on Saturday, Jan. 27 and will play either tournament host-Texas A&M or Northwestern on Sunday, Jan. 28.
In February, the Frogs head to Santa Barbara, Calif. to take on UCSB on Feb. 4 at the Arnhold Tennis Center. A week later TCU will host Incarnate Word (Feb. 11) before closing out the month in Baton Rouge, La. against LSU on Feb. 25.
Conference play begins on March 1 in Morgantown where the Horned Frogs will take on the Mountaineers of West Virginia. Two days later TCU duals Cincinnati in Ohio in first matchup as Big 12 foes (Mar. 3).
The Horned Frogs head back to Fort Worth to host two back-to-back first Big 12 matchups beginning with the University of Houston on Mar. 8 and UCF on Mar. 10.
TCU will go face Oklahoma State on Mar. 15 in Stillwater, Okla. before heading to Manhattan, Kan. for a dual against Kansas State Mar. 17.
The Kansas Jayhawks will make the trip to Fort Worth to face the Frogs on Mar. 22. Following that match TCU will play Iowa State at the Bayard H. Friedman Center on Mar. 24.
To wrap up the month of March the Horned Frogs will hit the road for two matchups at Texas Tech on Mar. 28 and at BYU on Mar. 30.
April will begin with a nonconference match at SMU on Apr. 4 before three home matches to wrap up the regular season. TCU will host Baylor on the sixth, Texas on the twelfth and Oklahoma on the fourteenth.
Following the regular season, the Frogs will travel to Stillwater, Okla. For the Big 12 Championship from Apr. 19-23.
