He becomes the first Horned Frog in eight years to do so
MADISON, Wis. – Behind a strong performance on 1-meter, David Ekdahl qualified for the NCAA Championships.
Ekdahl is the first Horned Frog to qualify for NCAAs in eight years.
He finished sixth overall on 1-meter with a final score of 706.80. Heading into the finals, he was in eighth place with a prelims score of 337.10. With his true qualification on 1-meter, Ekdahl will also compete on 3-meter.
The Men's NCAA Championships will run from March 23-26 in Atlanta, Ga.
