TCU comes up short at Alabama
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- TCU women's tennis (6-2) fell short, on the road, to Alabama on Sunday afternoon. The Horned Frogs dropped the doubles point and lost the first three matches in singles to finish with a 4-0 loss.
The Horned Frogs were leading on court six, tied on court one and in a second set tiebreaker on three when the match was clinched. Alisa Soloveva (No. 1) and Isabel Pascual (No. 6) each won a set in their matches.
The loss is only the second of the season for TCU and first via sweep.
