Frog Focus
- TCU is coming off one of its most prolific matches of the season.
- The Frogs racked up 74 kills and 75 digs, their second 70 kill/70 dig match this season (also Texas Tech on 10/8/20).
- This is the first time TCU has delivered multiple 70/70 matches in the same season since 2016.
- Three different Horned Frogs registered career highs in kills: Katie Clark (23), MyKayla Myers (18) and Taylor Raiola (14).
- Clark's 23 kills are the most in the Big 12 by a middle blocker this season.
- Kate Georgiades set a career high in digs for the second straight match, resetting her mark to 25.
- Julia Adams set a new career high with four aces.
- McKenzie Nichols set a career high with 68 assists in her last match, the most assists by a Horned Frog in a single match in the 25-point rally scoring era.
- This is the second time in Nichols' career that she has broken that record this season
- Myers has registered back-to-back 10+ kill matches for the second time in her career. She is fourth on the team in overall kills, with 135, and leads the team in hitting percentage (.343).
- She remains fifth in the Big 12 in attack percentage (.343).
- The TCU defense leads the conference in opponent's service aces, allowing just .87 aces per set. That number has improved since the spring, holding teams to just .85 aces per set over the last seven matches, while recording one SA/S themselves in that span.
Dig it Again Dan
- Senior Dani Dennison has been one of the most dependable players on the roster throughout her career.
- She has played in all 110 of TCU's matches over her college career, starting a majority at libero.
- Dennison has reached 1,311 digs, the third most in program history.
- She is fourth in the conference with 3.91 digs/set.
- She needs just 23 digs to match Katelyn Blackwood for second most all-time.
- She leads the team with 266 digs through 17 matches. Dennison is on track to become the first player in program history to lead TCU in digs three times over the course of her career.
- She recorded 20+ digs three times in the fall, matching her total from the last two seasons combined.
