STILLWATER, Okla. – Fresh off a pair of wins, including a Big 12 victory over Baylor, the seventh-ranked TCU equestrian team is back in action Saturday, March 13, as it faces Oklahoma State at Totusek Arena. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
DIRECTOR OF EQUESTRIAN HALEY SCHOOLFIELD
"It is a quick turnaround for our group from the high emotion and success we had yesterday. This group is up to the task though and this prepares us well for the upcoming postseason. Any challenge is met with enthusiasm by this team and I love that about them."
THE ALL-TIME SERIES
Oklahoma State leads the all-time series 19-10. TCU won the first meeting this year, held at Diamond Creek Ranch, 14-5. The Cowgirls are 9-1 when hosting the Frogs.
SCOUTING THE COWGIRLS
Oklahoma State currently sits atop the Big 12 with a record of 2-1. OSU comes off a 2-0 weekend last week with wins over Baylor at home and Fresno State in a neutral site. The Cowgirls own the tiebreaker over Fresno State who is also 2-1.
The Cowgirls have found great success in Flat, propelled by Abigail Brayman and Katie Schell. Further the Horsemanship unit for OSU has excelled with strong rides from JoJo Roberson and Sydnee Gemar.
