FORT WORTH – TCU women's tennis improved to 4-0 on the season with a convincing 4-0 victory over Sam Houston State at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon. The Horned Frogs have won their first four matches of the season for the second time in the last three seasons.

TCU continues to dominate in singles play. The Horned Frogs have now won 14 of 15 dual singles matches this season after securing three singles points this afternoon.

DOUBLES QUICK HITS

TCU won the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3.
Stevie Kennedy and Tate Schroeder produced their best match as a pairing, winning in runaway fashion, 6-1.
It was their second doubles win of dual season and their fifth as a team.
The five-game margin of victory is their largest as a doubles team.
Marie Norris and Addy Guevara continued their strong spring with a 6-3 win at No. 3.
This was the fourth dual doubles victory for Norris/Guevara.
They are 4-0 in dual doubles matches and 7-1 as a pairing in 2021.
All four of their victories this season have come at the No. 3 position.
