THE GAME
• The TCU Horned Frogs (20-5, 11-3) will wrap-up a two-game home swing hosting the Texas Longhorns (16-10, 8-6) this Wednesday, Feb. 26, in Fort Worth.
• Tip-off between the Horned Frogs and Longhorns is set for 6:30 p.m. inside the friendly confines of Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena.
• Wednesday's contest will be televised live on Fox Sports Southwest Plus (FSSW+).
• TCU and Texas will be meeting for the fifth time in the previous two seasons.
• The Horned Frogs picked up its first-ever win over the Longhorns in Austin, with a 65-63 victory over then No. 25-ranked Texas, back on Jan. 3, 2020.
• TCU has never swept a season series from the Longhorns.
FROG FAST BREAKS
• TCU notched its 20th win of the season with a 49-37 home win against Oklahoma State this past Sunday in Fort Worth.
• The Horned Frogs registered at least 20 wins in a season for the third straight year and for the 14th time in school history overall.
• TCU notched 20 wins prior to its final regular-season game for the second straight year.
• The Horned Frogs registered 20 wins in 25 games, the program's fastest run to 20 victories since the 2003-04 squad posted 20 wins in 24 contests.
• TCU set a new school record with its 11th Big 12 Conference win. The Horned Frogs, who are 11-3 in Big 12 play, won 11 conference games for the first time since going 13-3 as a member of the Mountain West Conference back in 2010-11.
• With Sunday's win over the Cowgirls, TCU secured at least a first-round bye in the upcoming Big 12 Championship (March 13-15). This will be TCU's fourth first-round bye since joining the league, having also earned first-round byes in 2015, 2018 and 2019.
• TCU's defense gave up a season-low 37 points to the Cowgirls on Sunday, which marks the lowest point total for an opponent since the Frogs downed Alcorn State, 88-31, back on Dec. 29, 2018.
• The 37 points is a school record for the least amount of points given up to a Big 12 opponent, surpassing the previous low of 44 points, which happened twice - most recently in a 70-44 win over Kansas back on Feb. 17, 2016.
• Lauren Heard averaged a double-double on the week with 16.5 points and 10.0 rebounds, on the way to earning her second Big 12 Player of the Week honor.
• TCU earned its first top-25 ranking of the season, coming in at No. 25 in the Associated Press poll. It marks the first time a TCU squad has been ranked since coming in at No. 24 back on Feb. 4, 2018.

SCOUTING TEXAS
• Texas heads into Sunday's contest at 16-10 overall and in sole-possession of third-place of the Big 12 standings with a record of 8-6.
• The Longhorns are currently three games back of the Horned Frogs and just one game ahead of both Iowa State and Kansas State.
• Texas is coming off a 60-54 home loss to K-State this past Saturday and have dropped three of its past four games overall.
• Following a Big 12-opening loss to TCU back on Jan. 3, the Longhorns had won six of the next seven games, which included a five-game winning streak. Since then, Texas has fell in four of its last six games with three losses coming at home.
• Texas has a trio of players averaging double-digit scoring efforts, led by Charli Collier's 13.2 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Joyner Holmes (12.9) and Sug Sutton (10.7) follow.
• Collier's 10.3 rebounds per game ranks fourth in the league and 22nd in the nation. Combined with Holmes' 8.7 boards, Texas averages 43.08 team rebounds per game - good enough for 13th-most in the NCAA.

• TCU defeated Texas in Austin for the first time in school history with a 65-63 win over the Longhorns on Jan. 3, 2020. The win moved TCU to 4-43 all-time against the Longhorns.
• The win in Austin snapped a four-game losing skid to the Longhorns overall and a 21-game losing streak to UT on the road.
• TCU is 3-18 all-time when facing the Longhorns in Fort Worth.
• The Horned Frogs picked up its first-ever win over UT back on Jan. 19, 2014, with a 54-48 victory in Cowtown.

THE LAST TIME OUT
