Frogs begin at 8:07 a.m. on Friday
FORT WORTH, Texas – TCU will begin its quest for a national championship on Friday when the NCAA Men's Golf Championships begin at Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark.
The Horned Frogs will begin on the No. 1 hole at 8:07 a.m. on Friday for the first round of stroke play. All 30 teams in the tournament will play three rounds of stroke play with the top 15 teams advancing to the fourth round on Monday. An individual champion will be crowned on Monday and the top eight teams will then move on to match play beginning on Tuesday. The quarterfinals and semifinals will be played on Tuesday with the finals taking place on Wednesday.
TCU earned the No. 26 seed and will be paired up with No. 25-seeded North Carolina and No. 27-seeded UNLV. The same three teams will be paired up for the second round on Saturday at 1:27 p.m. on the 10th tee.
TCU will go with the lineup of seniors Triston Fisher, Turner MacLean, Stefano Mazzoli, David Ravetto and Hayden Springer. It's the same group that finished second at the NCAA Regional earlier this month in Austin.

Blessings Golf Club was developed with the vision of being a club of comfort to its members and their guests by providing a superior golfing experience designed to test championship golfers on every shot. The Club is located in Johnson, Arkansas, and is the home to the University of Arkansas Men's and Women's Golf Teams. The private course opened in June 2004.

He joined Julien Brun in 2014 as the only Horned Frog to win an NCAA Regional. Mazzoli's final round score of 7-under 64 was a career low score for 18 holes.
TOUGH SCHEDULE
Once again, TCU has played one of the toughest schedules in the nation. According to GolfWeek, TCU's strength of schedule ranks No. 15 in the country. GolfWeek.com's Lance Ringler recently posted its list of the 75 best tournaments of the season of which TCU has played in four of the top five.
TOP 25 RANKING
With its strong regional showing, TCU has earned its first top 25 ranking of the season. The Frogs are ranked No. 24 by GolfWeek and No. 28 by GolfStat.
NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY
It will be TCU's 21st appearance at the NCAA Championships, its 20th in the last 39 seasons and seventh in the last 11. The Frogs, who last made the championship was in 2016 (T-16th), have an all-time best finish of fourth in 1980. Individually, TCU's best finish is tied for second, which occurred three times, J.J. Henry in 1998, Adam Rubinson in 2002 and Julien Brun in 2012.
