Walker on Polk:
"I'm grateful for all the relationships that intersected in order to lead Margaret to TCU. My high school basketball coach is best friends with Margaret's father. A few years ago he asked me to take a look at Margaret. At first glance I wasn't sure if Margaret could compete at this level, but after watching her play at Nationals against one of the best players in the nation and getting to know her and her family better, I began to believe Margaret has the ingredients to be a great college tennis player. Her character and competitive maturity is a big draw for us and I think she has the discipline to embrace our system immediately upon arrival. I'm eager to start with her in a few months."
