TCU will end the road portion of the season by traveling to WVU on Wednesday.
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – The road portion of the regular season for 2018 will come to an end as the TCU volleyball team travels to Morgantown, W. Va., to take on West Virginia on Wednesday, Nov. 14 inside the WVU Coliseum.
First serve for the 15th meeting all-time between the Frogs (13-11, 5-7 Big 12) and the Mountaineers (11-15, 2-10 Big 12) will be at 5 p.m., CT, with the match airing live on Mountaineer TV.

-The WVU offense is led by a pair of outside hitters with Katelyn Evans putting down 3.24 kills per set and Kristin Lux following with 2.39 kills per set
-Freshman Lacey Zerwas has stepped into the setting role for the Mountaineers and is dishing out 9.16 assists per set and also picking up 1.72 digs per set
-Katie DeMeo has been a consistent on offense and defense for WVU with a .300 hitting clip to go along with a 1.34 blocks per set which is ranked fourth in the Big 12
Last Time We Met: Oct. 18 at TCU
-Trailing 2-0 in the match, the TCU volleyball team staged a comeback and were able to take the win in three straight sets to get the 3-2 (18-25, 25-27, 25-21, 25-23, 15-7) victory over WVU
-The Horned Frogs had to regroup after falling behind in the match and used senior leadership from Anna Walsh and Lexi MacLean to ultimately get the victory over the Mountaineers
-TCU never gave up and used strong serving and blocking to jump out to early leads in the third and fourth set
-WVU would attempt to close the gaps, but the Frogs continued to control the sets in order to force the decisive fifth set
-TCU was nearly unstoppable in the final frame with nine kills and only one error for a .421 hitting clip as they completed the comeback
-Walsh paced the offense with a season-high 24 kills and was just shy of a double-double with a team-best nine blocks while MacLean led the defense with 24 digs
-Allye Beth Deaton scored her first double-double of the season with 15 kills and 18 digs while Katie Clark finished with 13 kills

-It was a tight battle between the Frogs and Sooners through the opening two sets as Oklahoma used a strong run at the end of the first set to take the early 1-0 lead
-TCU used a strong offensive push by Anna Walsh and élan McCall in the second set to even up the match at 1-1
-TCU could not hold onto the momentum as the Sooners used early runs in the final two sets to control the rest of the match and finish off the match in four sets
