Quotes from the Match
Head Coach Lee Taylor Walker
"That was a great match. We don't really know where everyone is right now in terms of rankings and things, but we do know Washington was undefeated. They beat a good Alabama team and they beat a good Illinois team. I think they are a legitimate top-25 team so I felt like our girls brought great energy today. Especially after last Sunday it was kind of hard because we were discouraged after the Oklahoma State match. It was a little chilly out today so I am just proud of the girls for bringing a really positive energy and maintaining it for about two and half to three hours. I think that really helped put us over the edge. We have to recover quick because we have a tough Oregon team on Sunday. This was a great start for a really tough stretch of six to eight good teams in a row."
