- TCU dropped to 10-15 overall this season and 1-9 in Mountain West Conference play with its seventh straight loss.
- TCU lost for the first time this season when scoring at least 70 points. The Frogs had been 10-0 when breaking the 70-point barrier.
- The Frogs also lost for the first time when shooting 50.0 percent or better from the field. They were 7-0 when hitting the mark prior to Wednesday.
- Hank Thorns scored a career-high 21 points, his first career 20-point performance this season. He became the fifth Frog this season to score 20 or more points in a contest.
- Thorns also added a game-high nine assists, the ninth time this season he has totaled nine or more in a single game.
- Nikola Gacesa totaled a season high 13points, his third game in double figures this season and his first such performance since a 12-point effort during the Dec. 4 home loss to Northern Iowa.
- Garlon Green recorded his first career double-double with 12 points and a personal-best 10 rebounds.
