FORT WORTH--TCU begins a two-game road stretch Sunday by visiting Raleigh, N.C., for its first-ever meeting with ACC power NC State. Tip-off from the Wolfpack's Reynolds Coliseum is set for 2 p.m. ET.
The Lady Frogs are looking for their first true road victory of the season. The squad dropped a 74-70 decision at Oklahoma in its only other true road contest. TCU, 5-2 on the season, carries a two-game winning streak into Sunday's game, while NC State, 5-3, has dropped each of its last two outings.
TCU's game against the Wolfpack can be heard live on the radio throughout the Metroplex on 88.7 KTCU-FM with Jeff Williams providing the play-by-play. Williams is in his 12th season as the voice of the Lady Frogs. A link to an Internet radio feed will be available on game day via GoFrogs.com.
FROG QUICK NOTES
-TCU is 3-5 all-time against current members of the ACC. In their last game against an ACC team, the Frogs defeated No. 3 Maryland in the 2008-09 season opener.
-TCU has outrebounded the opponent in five of seven games, compared to only six times in all of 2008-09.

-Helena Sverrisdottir paces the MWC in assists (5.4 apg) and steals (3.4 spg).

SCOUTING THE NC STATE WOLFPACK
NC State is 5-3 in its first season under head coach Kellie Harper. The squad sprinted out to a 5-1 start before dropping its last two contests to No. 21/16 Vanderbilt (71-77) and Wisconsin (48-53).
A traditional ACC power that owns 20 NCAA Tournament appearances all-time, the Wolfpack finished with a 13-17 record and tied for eight place in the league last season.
Ten letterwinners return from last year, including four starters. Forward Bonae Holston leads the Wolfpack with a 11.6-points per game scoring average, while freshman guard Marissa Kastanek (10.9 ppg) also averages double figures. Forward Lucy Ellison (7.1 rpg), Holston (6.8 rpg) and forward Tia Bell (6.0) each average better than 6.0 rebounds per contest. Guard Amber White paces the squad in assists (2.5 apg).
CLIMBING THE CHARTS
Several Lady Frogs are nearing significant milestones, with Helena Sverrisdottir chief among the players moving up TCU's career statistical charts.
