
Stopa, Ulrich head to Bose International Fall Open

FORT WORTH, Texas - After concluding the fall season at the ITA Regionals last weekend, TCU tennis players Craig Stopa and Andrew Ulrich head to Santa Fe, N.M., to compete in the Bose International Fall Open.
The tournament is a top fall collegiate and it includes players from the junior college level, Division I, Division II and NAIA.
Stopa advanced to the fourth round of the consolation bracket at the regionals last Saturday.
Ulrich knocked off Patrick Russ of Centenary in the opening round, 6-2, 6-3.
Stopa and Ulrich competed as a doubles team at the regionals and the junior duo found success in the opening round with a victory over Niels Buksik and Manuel Gonzalez.
Action is slated to begin Friday morning.
