TCU took an early lead when freshman midfielder Rebecca Repasky caught Oklahoma State goalie Katharine Doud out of position and scored her first goal as a Horned Frog. TCU scored again early in the second half, this time by junior midfielder Jenn Coulson on a pass by junior midfielder Tiffany Goetz.
The Cowgirls made a comeback after Coulson's goal seemed to have sealed the Frogs fourth win of the season. OSU freshman Kim Graves scored a goal on an assist from senior Mercy Morrical and Andi Lute. Morrical later scored the Cowgirls second goal to tie the game at 2-2 and send the match into overtime, only to be defeated on Dick's fourth goal of the season.
With the win, TCU improves to 4-2-1 on the season. The Frogs will have four days to rest after their back-to-back double overtime games this weekend before they face Alabama at home on Friday, September 15. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
