2009-10 (FRESHMAN):
Hannah Christian appeared in 23 of 31 games for TCU in her first season on campus ... averaged 1.5 points, 1.0 rebounds and 0.8 assists per contest ... shot 78.6 percent (11-of-14) at the free-throw line ... hit her first 3-pointer while scoring a career-best seven points at Air Force (Jan. 6) ... equaled her career high with seven points in only four minutes at the end of TCU[apos]s Feb. 16 road loss at San Diego State ... saw a high of 18 minutes of action twice, vs. Texas Southern (Nov. 23) and vs. Louisiana Monroe (Dec. 1).
HIGH SCHOOL
Christian was a four-year starter for Fort Worth-area Aledo High School... scored 2,537 career points while playing guard for the Bearcats... was a Texas Girls Coaches Association All-State honoree in 2007, 2008 and 2009... helped guide Aledo to the playoffs her final three seasons, including a third-round appearance her junior year... named District 6-4A MVP as a senior in 2009, when she averaged 19.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 8.2 assists and 3.3 steals per game... earned District 8-4A MVP honors as a junior... collected several other MVP honors during her career, at the Sherman Tournament (2009), Decatur Tournament (2009), Minerall Wells All-Star Game (2009) and Moritz Tournament (2008)... named three times overall to the Moritz All-Tournament Team (2006, 2007, 2008) and twice to the Northwest All-Tournament Team (2008, 2009)... Offensive Player of the Year for District 8-4A as a freshman (2006) and sophomore (2007)... averaged 21.1 ppg, 3.9 rpg as a freshman in 2005-06, 21.0 ppg and 6.3 rpg as a sophomore and 16.8 ppg and 5.4 rpg as a junior ... nation[apos]s No. 57 guard prospect prior to her senior season according to Collegiate Girls Basketball Report... also excelled in the classroom, earning academic all-state honors as a senior and academic all-district all four years... coached at Aledo by David Walker.

Ryan is a senior tailback/wide receiver on the Horned Frog football team... hopes to one day play basketball professionally... lists hanging out with friends as one of her hobbies... is an education pre-major.
