Ran in five meets for the Horned Frogs … Placed 21st in the 400m (46.49) at the NCAA West First Round … Advanced to the quarterfinals with his personal-best time of 45.92 (May 22-25) … Took seventh in the 400m (45.94) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … Ran on the second-place SMR team that clocked a 3:17.88 at the Texas Relays (March 27-30).
2023-24 Indoor
Ran at five meets for the Horned Frogs … Earned bronze in the 600y at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with his time of 1:08.07 … Kicked off the season with a third-place finish in the 600m (1:17.54) at the McFerrin 12 Degree Invitational (Jan. 13) … Finished sixth in the 400m (46.63) and second in the 4x400 relay (3:08.25) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (Feb. 2-3) … Took fourth in the 400m with his time of 46.58 at the Jarvis Scott Open (Feb. 9-10).
2023 Outdoor
Ran in nine outdoor meets for the Horned Frogs … kicked off the season with wins in both the 400m (48.04) and the 4x400 (3:14.97) at the TCU Alumni Invitational (March 17-18) … ran a career-best 21.53 at the Clyde Hart Classic … part of the winning 4x400 team (3:06.28) at the Clyde Hart Classic (March 24-25) … ran on the winning 4x400 team (3:11.76) at the Sooner Invitational and Multis (April 14-15) … won the 2023 Penn Relays 4x400 Championship with a time of 3:04.41 … garnered bronze at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 with a time of 3:03.92 … ran a career-best time of 46.07 in the 400m at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) … qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 by running a 3:05.20 in the 4x400 relay at the NCAA West Preliminary (May 24-27) … earned Second-Team All-American honors in the 4x400 with a season-best 3:02.62 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 7-10).

Ran in eight meets for the Horned Frogs … earned a bronze medal at the Big 12 Championships in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:05.02 … ran on the second-place 4x400 team that clocked a 3:04.12 at the Jim Click Shootout … placed second overall at the Longhorn Invitational in the 400m with a time of 47.77.
2021-22 Indoor
Ran in six indoor meets for TCU … Won the 400m with a time of 47.97 at the Aggie Invitational … Was on the 4x400 relay team that won four meets in a row … Ran a season-best time in the 600 yards with a time of 1:09.19 at the Big 12 Championships.
2021 Outdoor
Competed in eight meets for TCU… Opened the season with a win on the 4x400 relay team at the TCU Invitational… Won the 400m and the 4x400 relay at the Texas A&M Invitational… Placed sixth and ran a personal-best time of 46.69 in the 400m at the Texas Invitational… Finished sixth in the 400m at the Big 12 Championships… Earned a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the NCAA Division I West Preliminaries… Qualified for the NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships in the 4x400 relay.
Prior to TCU
Seete hails from South Africa and attended the University of Johannesburg, the same school that TCU standout and 10-time All-American Derrick Mokaleng attended. Seete owns personal best times of 46.76 in the 400m and 20.97 in the 200m. He also has experience competing on the South African junior team.
