Schedule matrix features home-and-home series with Baylor, West Virginia
FORT WORTH – Four NCAA Tournament participants and all three of TCU's Big 12 in-state rivals will visit Schollmaier Arena during the 2026-27 women's basketball season.
The conference unveiled its complete schedule matrix for the upcoming campaign, an 18-game slate featuring three home-and-home series and 12 one-time matchups.
TCU's home draw is headlined by matchups with West Virginia and Baylor, who finished second and third, respectively, in last season's league standings behind the two-time defending conference champion Horned Frogs. Also paying a visit to Schollmaier Arena are Colorado and Texas Tech, both of whom qualified for the Big Dance in March. BYU and Utah will trek to Cowtown as will Cincinnati, UCF and Houston.
The Frogs will twice battle Houston, along with the Bears and Mountaineers.
Rounding out TCU's Big 12 schedule are one-off road trips to Arizona, Arizona State, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State and Oklahoma State.
Opponents were selected based on a combination of geography, historical results and a poll of the coaches to best balance the schedule in terms of travel and competitive balance. A full Big 12 schedule featuring tipoff times and broadcast designations will be released in the fall.
TCU won its second straight undisputed Big 12 regular season championship and enjoyed a repeat run to the Elite Eight in 2025-26. The Horned Frogs finished with a 32-6 overall record and the year-end No. 6 national ranking in both The Associated Press and USA Today Sports coaches polls. Now in his fourth season as the Horned Frogs' head coach, Mark Campbell and TCU top the conference ranks in total wins (87), win-loss percentage (.798) and WNBA draft picks (five) since 2023-24. TCU is also the only team in the Big 12 to twice reach the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament in that span.
Season ticket deposits remain ongoing and can be fulfilled by calling the TCU Ticket Office at 817-257-3764.
