Horned Frogs ready for distinguished diving competition
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – A handful of divers from the TCU swimming and diving program will look to qualifying for the NCAA Championships, as they will take part in the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships from March 9-11 at the Student Recreation Natatorium on Texas A&M's campus.
The field for men's and women's includes 107 divers (70 female/37 male) from 24 schools: Arkansas, Houston, Incarnate Word, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, LSU, Minnesota, Missouri, Missouri State, Nebraska, North Texas, Northern Iowa, Rice, SMU, South Dakota, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, Tulane, UN-Omaha, UT-Rio Grande Valley, UW-Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
A total of 11 divers will represent the Frogs in College Station. Both team diving squads earned silver medals at the 2026 Big 12 Championships, Bryn James took home bronze on platform after breaking the school record in the event earlier this season and David Ekdahl finished in third on 3-meter.
