Horned Frogs ready for Senior Day festivities
FORT WORTH – In the final regular season home meet of the 2025-26 season, the TCU swimming and diving team will take on in-state opponent Texas Permian Basin in a dual meet on Saturday at the TCU Recreational Center.
LAST TIME OUT
In last week's meet against Trinity, the TCU men would win 238-62, while the women tallied a 232-65 victory over the Tigers. The Frogs made a statement, winning every single event on the day. All 32 events, which include diving, had a Frog representative atop the podium.
Thanks to his dominant performance on the boards against Trinity, David Ekdahl was named the Big 12 Men's Diver of the Week. The Malmö, Sweden, native swept the springboard events for TCU against Trinity (Texas), winning both the 1-meter (377.48) and 3-meter (381.98) with season-best scores and NCAA Zone qualifying marks.
Alongside Ekdahl, Avery Dillon, Filip Suchanski, Ninia Vadovicova, Taylor Steelman, Nicole Christensen, Emma Larcada Herrera, Nigel Forbes, Shea Skarda and Audrey Worgull have earned Big 12 weekly honors to date this season.
