
Min-Gaultier Leads TCU at Midpoint of Collegiate Invitational at GCC

Sophomore is tied for fourth after 27 holes; Horned Frogs in seventh place
GUADALAJARA, Mexico – Camille Min-Gaultier is tied for fourth while TCU sits in seventh place after 27 holes of play at the Collegiate Invitational at Guadalajara Country Club.
Min-Gaultier finished three-under (69) in round one and posted an even-par 36 on the front nine in round two on Friday.
TCU shot a five-over 293 in round one and is six strokes over par at the midpoint of round two for a 27-hole score of 11-over 443.
Five strokes separate teams two through eight on the leaderboard. No. 19 Oklahoma State leads the 12-team field at one-over and holds a five-shot lead over a three-way tie between No. 28 Florida State, No. 38 Virginia and No. 52 Tulsa.
The Horned Frogs carded 12 birdies in round one and finished with 17 for the day. TCU was two strokes under par following the first 12 holes of play.
Min-Gaultier birdied four of her first nine holes and parred her final 18.
The Augusta National Women's Amateur invitee will start Saturday's final day two strokes back of second place. Washington's Carmen Lim is the individual leader at eight-under.
Min-Gaultier is hunting her ninth career top 10 finish in 18 starts as a Horned Frog. She cracked the top 10 of the final leaderboard in four of TCU's five fall events. The sophomore has placed T10-or-better in seven of her last 11 tournaments dating back to March of 2025.
She was one of five players to post a sub-70 in round one. Min-Gaultier already ranks sixth in program history for career sub-70's (14).
Sofia Barroso Sá gave TCU two players in the top-15 of the leaderboard as the senior is tied for 13th at one-over (109). She fired a one-under 35 on the front nine to start round two. Barroso Sá leads the field in par-5 scoring (-4, 4.33).
Kirstin Angosta posted a one-over 73 in round one and is tied for 35th at plus six.
Gracie McGovern and Sofie Dimitrova ended the day at nine strokes over par and tied for 48th.

TCU will start on hole 10 and tee off in 10-minute intervals at 8:50 a.m. on Saturday. The Horned Frogs are paired with Colorado and Washington.
