
Beauchamp Named All-America Scholar

Grapevine native recognized
FORT WORTH – TCU soon-to-be senior and business major, Jack Beauchamp was named a 2024-25 NCAA Division I Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar on Tuesday.
In his third season with the Horned Frogs, Beauchamp finished with a stroke average of 73.5 and was 0.11 vs. par. Among two of his top 10 finishes, the Grapevine, Texas native placed seventh at the Ka'anapali Classic in November at 12-under 201, the fifth-lowest score ever at TCU. In the same tournament, Beauchamp shot 7-under 64 in the second round, which ranked the fourth-best in program history.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
