TCU enters the tournament as the No. 3 seed
FORT WORTH – After earning a first-day bye by virtue of finishing third in the Big 12 standings, the TCU baseball team will play its opening game of the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship Thursday night at Globe Life Field against the winner of Wednesday's Kansas State/Houston tilt. The championship is single elimination this year.
