
Pagdin Ascends Up Leaderboard

Frogs are in fourth as a team with one round remaining
TULSA, Okla. – Only one player had a better third round score than Joe Pagdin, who moved up to fourth place on Wednesday at the Big 12 Men's Golf Championship at Southern Hills Country Club.
The senior shot 3-under 67 to move from ninth place to one shot back of the lead. Pagdin totaled four birdies on the front and three on the back. He is tied with two others at even-par 210 and trail a trio at the top of the leaderboard who are 1-under.
Freshman Charlie Wylie recovered from a 3-over 38 on the front nine to 1-under 34 on the back. He shot 2-over 72 to move up five spots to a tie for 14th place at 7-over 217. The top 10 at the end of the championship will be named All-Big 12.
Toby Wilt shot 4-over 74 to move to 9-over 219 for the championship and a tie for 26th place. His younger brother, Hudson, also shot 74 and moved to 11-over 221 and a tie for 35th place.
Jack Beauchamp also shot 74 for his best round of the championship.
TCU shot 7-over 287 on the day as a team and is in fourth place. The Horned Frogs (+27) will begin the final round at 8 a.m. on Thursday off hole No. 1 with the three ahead of them on the leaderboard, Oklahoma State (+1), Arizona State (+7) and Houston (+26). The round will air on ESPN+ starting at 10:30 a.m.
