TCU claims four singles court en route to win
ORLANDO, Fla. – The No. 2-ranked TCU men's tennis team stormed back to defeat No. 19 UCF, 4-2, at the USTA National Campus on Friday night.
TCU dropped the doubles portion of the match but rallied in singles play after losing four of the first six singles sets.
Lui Maxted, Julian Alonso, Cooper Woestendick, and Jack Pinnington secured the four wins needed for the Horned Frogs to collect their first Big 12 victory of 2025.
"We lost the doubles quickly and then four of the first sets on the road—how can you not be proud to come back from that?" said head coach David Roditi. "We get to go home and play Arizona and Arizona State, two huge matches next weekend. Go Frogs!"
