Lancaster scored game-winning goal in championship match
FORT WORTH - TCU Soccer's Camryn Lancaster was named the 2024 WPSL Most Outstanding Player after helping lead the California Storm to its fifth Women's Pro Soccer League title.
Lancaster played in eight games during the season, tallying eight goals and two assists. Lancaster collected a hat trick in her season debut against Fresno Freeze FC. In four playoff games, she netted three goals and added an assist. She notched the game-winning goal in the sixth minute against the Charlotte Eagles in the championship match.
Lancaster enters her senior season as a two-time All-Big 12 honoree including a spot on the first team in 2022. She was named to the 2022 United Coaches 3rd-Team All-Midwest Region team. Lancaster ranks seventh all-time at TCU in assists with 17 to go along with 17 career goals.
The Horned Frogs open the 2024 campaign on Aug. 15 against Alabama. Season tickets and single game tickets are now on sale. Click here for more information.
