The senior’s Horned Frog career comes to a close
AUSTIN, Texas – Gustav Frimodt tied for 20th place at the NCAA Austin Regional on Wednesday at the University of Texas Golf Club.
The senior started with a birdie on No. 1 but couldn't get much else going and finished 5-over 76 for the final round and 1-over 214 overall.
With only one induvial advancing out of each regional, it was Kelvin Hernandez of UNCG who advanced out of Austin with a score of 6-under 207.
Frimodt ended his Horned Frog career as a two-time Big 12 All-Tournament team recipient, including Co-Champion of the 2024 Big 12 Championship, and three-time NCAA Regional participant.
