Women’s Team Earns No. 3 USTFCCCA Ranking

Both programs are ranked in the first week of the USTFCCCA rankings
FORT WORTH – Both TCU track and field teams are ranked in the Top 25 in the first week of the USTFCCCA Rating Index. The women's team is ranked third nationally while the men's team comes in at 23rd.
The No. 3 ranking for the women's team is the highest outdoor USTFCCCA ranking in program history.
The women's team features three events ranked in the top five on the NCAA Outdoor Performance list. Irene Jepkemboi (javelin) is No. 2 in the nation after breaking the Kenyan National Record with her winning throw of 57.23m (189-7).
Additionally, the squad of Teanna Harlin, Mikayla Hayes, Iyana Gray and Breanna Harlin ran the third-fastest 4x100 time this season at 43.66. Gracie Morris (800m) is fourth in the NCAA this season with her time of 2:04.15.
On the men's side, TCU earned its No. 23 ranking led by Graydon Morris. His time of 14:11.50 stands as the No. 2 time in the country this season in the 5K. Additionally, Ryan Martin and Lloyd Frilot rank ninth and 13th in the 800m, respectively.
