Frogs set for final conference meet of the season
FORT WORTH – The No. 1 TCU equestrian team (10-0) is headed to Waco, Texas to take on Baylor (2-9) for the first away meet of the spring season on Friday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at the Willis Family Equestrian Center.
The meet will begin with fences and horsemanship followed by flat and reining.
LAST TIME OUT
Last week, the TCU equestrian team hosted No. 7 Oklahoma State where they earned a 14-6 win. TCU won three of the four events over the Cowgirls. This led the Frogs to their tenth consecutive win for the first time in program history.
The Frogs secured three of the four Most Outstanding Performers respectively. Ashleigh Scully in the fences, Mattie Dukes in the horsemanship, and Lilly Goldstein in the flat.
LAST TIME VS BAYLOR
The Horned Frogs and the then-No. 8 Bears last faced off at KSM Bear Creek Farms in November 2023, where the Frogs earned a 14-6 win.
Lilly Goldstein, Giorgia Medows and Shea Graham were named Most Outstanding Performers in Flat, Horsemanship and Reining, respectively.
