Women's Tennis Releases 2025 Schedule

They open at the ITA Kickoff on January 24
FORT WORTH - The TCU women's tennis team has released its schedule for the 2025 spring season, the program announced Thursday. The Horned Frogs will take on 14 opponents who finished last season ranked, including the top two teams in the nation, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State.
To kick off the season, the Frogs will travel to College Station to take part in the ITA Kickoff Weekend after finishing in the top 50 of the ITA team rankings at the conclusion of last season. The two-seeded Frogs will open the season against the three-seeded Denver Pioneers on Friday, Jan. 24, and then play Texas A&M or South Florida the following day.
The Frogs will then travel to Houston to take on the Rice Owls on Feb. 2 before heading to Santa Barbara to take on the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos on Feb. 9.
On Feb. 16, the Frogs will play in their home opener when they take on Brown at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center. The Frogs will face the Texas Longhorns on Feb. 20, before completing the homestand with a match against the Washington State Cougars on Feb. 22.
TCU will play one final match before conference play begins when they take on UT-Arlington at the UTA Tennis Center.
The Horned Frogs open conference play on Feb. 28 when they host the West Virginia Mountaineers, following that up with another home match against Cincinnati two days later
The Frogs will then head south, where they will take on the Houston Bearcats on March 7, and then travel to Orlando to play the UCF Knights on March 9th.
TCU will return home for a three-game home stretch, where they will face Texas Tech (Mar. 14), Colorado (Mar. 16) and Tulsa (Mar. 18).
The Horned Frogs will then travel to the Sunflower State to duel the Kansas Jayhawks on March 21, before wrapping up the trip with a match at Iowa State on March 23.
For their final two home games, the Frogs will host Oklahoma State and Kansas State on March 28 and March 30, respectively.
To start off the month of April, the Frogs will head to Arizona, taking on the Arizona State Sundevils on April 4 and Arizona Wildcats two days later, on April 6.
For their last match, TCU will take on the Baylor Bears in Waco on Saturday, April 12.
The Frogs will play in the Big 12 Championships from April 16-20, which will be hosted in Waco, Texas at the Hurd Tennis Center.
