Horned Frogs set to host first Big 12 matchup of the season
FORT WORTH – The No.3 Horned Frogs are set to host their first Big 12 matchup of the season as they face No. 5 Oklahoma State on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 12 p.m. at KSM Bear Creek Farms.
In their last meeting, TCU and OSU battled in the final round of the 2024 Big 12 Championship in Waco, Texas, where the Horned Frogs were edged out by the Cowgirls 9-10. The Frogs hold an overall record of 14-28 against the Cowgirls and a 10-7 record when competing at home.
LAST TIME OUT
The Horned Frogs traveled to take on No.1 Auburn and No. 6 Georgia last week. On Friday, Sept. 27, TCU competed against Auburn, falling to the Tigers 11-7. Ella Bostwick wrapped up the meet by picking up the MOP in the Fences for the Frogs. The team then headed to Athens, Ga. where they defeated the Bulldogs 10-8, claiming three of the four MOP honors. Laurel Smith in the Flat, Jessica McAllister in the Horsemanship, and Kylie Baker in the Reining.
