TCU begins play at 8:30 a.m. CT on Monday
FORT WORTH – TCU will continue its season at the William H. Tucker Invitational beginning Monday at The Championship Course at UNM in Albuquerque, N.M.
Coming off a runner-up finish at the Valero Texas Collegiate, the Horned Frogs will go with the same lineup of Gustav Frimodt, Brandon Massey, Andrew Petruzzelli, Jack Beauchamp and Ethan Dial.
Monday's 36 holes will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. CT. Tuesday's final round will have a shotgun start at 8:45 a.m. CT.

THE COURSE – Par 72 | 7,546 yards
Since it was officially opened in 1967, The Championship Golf Course has been one of the finest facilities of its kind nationwide. It has been nationally recognized by Golf Digest Magazine as one of the top-25 public courses in the country, and in January of 1991 Golfweek Magazine rated all public and private courses in the country by state and dubbed The Championship Course the number one course to play in New Mexico. The Course was the site of the 1950, 1976 and 1992 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships as well as the 1998 NCAA Championships.
TEAM/PROGRAM NOTES
- TCU finished fourth last season's William H. Tucker Intercollegiate. Frimodt, Dial and Massey all competed with Frimodt finishing tied for 10th at 3-under 213.
- Frimodt, who led TCU in five tournaments last season and had five top 10 finishes, started this season off right as he earned co-medalist honors at the Valero Texas Collegiate two weeks ago. He had a score of 6-under 210, including a round of 4-under 68.
- Frimodt ranks ninth in the latest PGA Tour University Rankings that came out on Wednesday. The PGA Tour University Ranking is the mechanism to determine which graduating seniors earn automatic access to PGA TOUR-sanctioned circuits. FULL RANKINGS
- Frimodt had an impressive summer which included a third-place finish at the North and South Amateur Championship and fifth at The Western Amateur Championship. He also played in the U.S. Amateur Championship.
- Massey and Petruzzelli will look for their second-straight top 20 finish after placing tied for 19th at the Valero Texas Collegiate. Massey is a senior from Fort Worth and Petruzzelli is a freshman from Dallas.
- TCU will host one of the top college tournaments in the nation the Ben Hogan Collegiate in Fort Worth at Shady Oaks Country Club, Oct. 2-3.
- Bill Allcorn is in his first season as TCU's head coach after assisting at Oklahoma for six years.
- Former TCU golfer Cole Buck joined Allcorn's staff as associate head coach in June. Buck graduated in 2017 from TCU and spent the past three seasons as an assistant at Stanford.
