Baseball Announces Weekend Schedule Changes; Texas Series To Start Saturday

Horned Frogs are in the midst of a 12-game homestand
FORT WORTH – Due to projected severe weather in the Fort Worth area on Friday, the TCU-Texas Big 12 series will now begin on Saturday night at 6 p.m. The series will run through Monday. Saturday's series-opener will be televised on ESPNU.

TCU enters the weekend with a 23-18 overall record and a 7-8 mark in Big 12 play. The Horned Frogs handed No. 19 Dallas Baptist an 8-5 loss on Tuesday night. Texas comes into the series with a 28-15 mark and an 8-7 record in league play. The Longhorns defeated Texas Southern 18-3 in seven innings on Tuesday.

Fans with tickets to the Friday game, that cannot attend the Monday game, may exchange their ticket for Saturday or Sunday, based on availability. No refunds will be issued.
