Bailey rushes for 152 yards, topping the century mark for the fourth time this season
AMES, Iowa -- The TCU football team dropped a 27-14 decision at Iowa State on Saturday night.
Emani Bailey topped 100 yards rushing for the fourth time in six games this season with his team-best 152 yards on 21 carries. It was the second-best game of his career, trailing only the 164 against Colorado in the season opener.
TCU used an 11-play, 78-yard drive to even the game at 7-7 on a 6-yard pass from Chandler Morris to Savion Williams with 10:28 to play in the second quarter. It came on a 3rd-and-3 after Morris scrambled 20 yards behind the line of scrimmage to avoid a sack.
The Horned Frogs' other touchdown was on a fourth quarter 9-yard pass from Josh Hoover to Blake Nowell. Hoover completed 11-of-19 passes for 119 yards.
