
Four Frogs Score Double Figures in Loss to No. 20 Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla. Paige Bradley scored a career-high 14 points and three other Horned Frogs scored double figures as TCU fell to No. 20 Oklahoma 101-78 in Lloyd Noble Center on Tuesday night.
The Rundown
Shooting a season-high .500 from behind the arc, TCU started scoring from the get-go when Tomi Taiwo knocked down a 3-pointer in the opening minutes of play. Taiwo scored six of her 22 points in the first quarter as TCU trailed by 13 after the first 10 minutes.
With 7:42 remaining in the second quarter, Bella Cravens' hook shot sparked a 12-3 scoring run. Lucy Ibeh hit a jump shot to cut the deficit to 37-29 with 5:30 remaining. Roxane Makolo made both of her 3-pointer attempts in the second quarter to help TCU stay within eight headed into the second half.
Paige Bradley made her first 3-pointer of the night with 3:40 remaining in the third period, pulling the Frogs back within single digits after a 9-0 scoring run. Despite the Frogs continuing to battle, Oklahoma outscored the Frogs 50-35 in the second half.
In addition to going 13-of-26 from three, TCU also shot over 40 percent (.444) for the eighth time this season. The Frogs scored a season-high 43 points first-half points and 78 total points.
Five Frogs made a 3-pointer and four players (Bradley, Emily Fisher, Roxane Makolo and Taiwo) scored double figures.
