Laussot Leads TCU in Regular Season Finale

Horned Frogs finish in 19th place
CHANDLER, Ariz. – For the second consecutive tournament, Aymeric Laussot was TCU's top finisher as the Horned Frogs wrapped up their regular season at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic Tuesday at Whirlwind Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz.
After not being able to complete 36 holes due to darkness, the second round was finished Tuesday morning and was immediately followed by the third round.
Laussot recorded his fourth round under par this season after shooting 3-under 213. He finished tied for 23rd place. Laussot shot a team-low 3-under 69 in the opening round on Monday. He also had TCU's only eagle, on the par 5 No. 17 hole in the second round.
Filippo Celli finished tied for 51st with a score of 1-over 217. He had two rounds of 1-under 71.
Justin Gums shot even-par 72 in his first and third rounds to shoot 3-over 219 for the tournament and finished tied for 65th place.
Brandon Massey's best round of 1-under 71 came in the second round. He finished tied for 75th with a score of 4-over 220.
TCU finished 19th as a team with a score of 1-over 865. San Diego State (-39) won the 25-team tournament.
The Horned Frogs will return to action April 25-27 at the Big 12 Championship at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Trinity, Texas.
