Schneider Leads TCU at The Prestige

Horned Frogs finish in 17th place
LA QUINTA, CALIF. – Jan Schneider led the TCU men's golf team Wednesday at The Prestige at the Greg Norman Course at The Club at PGA West in La Quinta, Calif.
Two rounds were completed on Wednesday after high winds on Tuesday caused the second round to be postponed.
The transfer from Washington finished tied for 21st place with a score of 9-over 222 to lead the Horned Frogs for the first time this season. He had rounds of 1-over 72 and 3-over 74 on Wednesday.
Gustav Frimodt and Aymeric Laussot also shot 3-over 74 in the final round. Frimodt finished tied for 29th at 12-over 225. Laussot was tied for 45th at 13-over 226.
Of the 24-team field, six were ranked in GolfStat's Top 25. TCU finished in 17th place.
The Horned Frogs will continue the season Feb. 27 – March 1 at the Southern Highlands Collegiate at Southern Highlands Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nev.
