Frogs begin the final round Sunday at 9:10 a.m. CT

PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. – Fort Worth's Chris Berzina and Brandon Massey led the way for TCU's men's golf team at the Carmel Cup Saturday at Pebble Beach Golf Links.

Both shot 2-under 70 which was a career-best for Massey and tied a career-best for Berzina. Berzina made four birdies and is tied for 11^th at 1-under 143. Massey made five birdies and moved up 15 spots and is tied for 27^th at 3-over 147.

Also in a tie for 27^th is Gustav Frimodt who improved three strokes from his first round and shot even-par 72.

As a team, TCU improved by 13 strokes and shot 5-over 365. At 23-over 743, TCU is in eighth place. Oklahoma State (-13) leads the field which includes six of the nation's top 15 teams.

The Horned Frogs will begin the final round on Sunday at 9:10 a.m. CT.
