Mercedes Aristegui improves to 13-1 this season in the loss
NORMAN, Okla. –No. 41 TCU women's tennis (9-7, 3-3) fell back to .500 in Big 12 Conference play on Friday, falling to No. 30 Oklahoma, 6-1 in Norman, Okla.
Mercedes Aristegui recorded the lone TCU point in singles play. She improves to 13-1 this dual season and 5-1 in Big 12 play after being ranked No. 95 earlier this week in the Oracle/ITA singles rankings.
TCU dropped the doubles point at No. 1 and No. 3. Oklahoma clinched the match with wins on courts four, five and six. Aristegui recorded her win in the final match of the day.
