Frogs Improve in Round Two at Stanford

TCU begins the final round at 9 a.m. CT

STANFORD, Calif. – TCU remained in 21^st place Friday after the second round of The Goodwin, held at the Stanford Golf Course.

The Horned Frogs shot one stroke better than Thursday's opening round with a score of 13-over 293. TCU is 27-over 587 for the tournament. No. 8 ranked Arizona State leads the 28-team field at 9-over 551.

Sophomore Jacob Skov Olesen continues to lead TCU with a score of 5-over 146 and is tied for 57^th place. Olesen shot 5-over 75 in the second round.

TCU's best round of the day went to sophomore Gustav Frimodt, who shot even-par 70. He moved up 42 places and is currently tied for 88^th place. Frimodt eagled the par 5, No. 7 hole and birdied three holes.

Senior Spencer Ball is tied for 69^th place with a score of 7-over 147.
