Frogs begin the second round Friday at 9 a.m. CT

STANFORD, Calif. – TCU began play in The Goodwin on Thursday, a 28-team tournament held at the Stanford Golf Course.

The Horned Frogs shot 14-over 294 and are in 21^st place. However, they are just 10 strokes out of the top 10. Stanford leads the tournament at 5-under 275.

Sophomore Jacob Skov Olesen led TCU with a score of 1-over 71 and is tied for 37^th place. He had a back nine score of 1-under 34, the only Horned Frog to go under par over nine holes.

Senior Spencer Ball was 2-over 72 and tied for 50^th place. Sophomore Chris Berzina shot 4-over 74 and is tied for 78^th.

Sophomore Mateo Fernández de Oliveira shot 7-under 42 for the front nine, but recovered with an even-par 35 on the back to shoot 7-over 77.
