Series History: TCU vs Kansas
- This weekend will be the 20th and 21st all-time meetings between TCU and Kansas.
- TCU recorded its first victory over a Power 5 opponent in school history against Kansas, a 3-2 victory in Lawrence on Sept. 9, 1999 - Head coach Jill Kramer made 21 kills and 13 digs in that win.
- Only two of the previous 19 meetings have gone the distance, with TCU winning both (2014 and 1999).
- Last year, Afedo Manyang and Taylor Raiola led the offense against Kansas, combining for 43 kills.
- Julia Adams enjoyed the best match of her freshman season against KU back in 2019. Adams made 23 kills on .500 hitting with six blocks - all career-bests at the time. Her 6.0 blocks against KU in 2019 still stands as the most in her career.
- Dani Dennison posted a career-best 7.00 digs/set against Kansas in TCU's last match in Lawrence, posting 21 digs in three sets.
- TCU has won two of its last five matches against Kansas, both in Fort Worth.
- This is the final road trip of the season. TCU beat Oklahoma, 3-1, twice in its final road trip of the 2021 spring season.
