The Horned Frogs Host Kansas State Thursday and Friday
FORT WORTH – TCU volleyball continues Big 12 Conference play with a home series against Kansas State (11-6, 2-4) this week inside Schollmaier Arena. The Horned Frogs are looking to regain momentum from their last home match, when TCU defeated Oklahoma, 3-2, in front of the largest crowd since moving to Schollmaier Arena.

- This will be the 19th and 20th all-time meetings between TCU and Kansas State. K-State leads the all-time series 12-6.
- The Horned Frogs are 4-4 against Kansas State in Fort Worth including a 3-2 record at home in the Jill Kramer era.
- Junior Mykayla Myers enjoyed one of her best series of the 2020-21 season against K-State last season, posting 22 kills (2.75 kills/set) on .409 hitting with .88 blocks/set in her two matches in Manhattan.

- She is second on the team this year in digs/set (2.19), including 3.00 in Big 12 matches and leads the team with 14 service aces.
- Since returning to the libero role five matches ago, Dennison is averaging a team-best 3.29 digs/set.
- Dennison led TCU in digs last season, finishing with 287 in 21 matches, becoming the first Horned Frog in program history to lead the team in total digs over three seasons (2017, 2019 and 2020/21). She is 39 digs shy of the team-lead this season. There has never been a Horned Frog lead the team in digs across four separate seasons.
- K-State enters the week with an 11-6 record, 2-4 in Big 12 action.
- The Wildcats have split their last two conference series (at Oklahoma and vs. West Virginia) after being swept twice at home by No. 11 Baylor.
- They are led offensively by sophomore OH Aliyah Carter. The undersized outside is second in the Big 12 and tied for 32nd in the nation with 4.15 kill/set. Her 270 kills this season is by far the most on the team, with no other Wildcat collecting more than 150 thus far.
- K-State's setter, Teana Adams-Kaonohi, tops the conference with 10.82 assists/set (18th in the country).
- The Wildcats have two local athletes on their roster. Starting libero Mackenzie Morris is from Dallas (Ursuline Academy) while OH Jayden Nembhard, younger sister of former TCU men's basketball player R.J. Nembhard, hails from Keller (Keller HS).
