
Farabello, Morris and Wells Named November Scholar-Athletes of the Month

FORT WORTH – Sophomore Francisco Farabello from men's basketball, junior Yummy Morris from women's basketball and junior Pro Wells from football, have all been named TCU's November Scholar-Athletes of the Month.
Farabello and the men's basketball team recently took home the Hall of Fame Classic championship in Kansas City, downing Liberty, 56-52. Farabello is off to a hot start on the season, averaging 8.0 points per game and a 53.8 percent 3-point shooting mark. He has added six rebounds, seven assists and four steals in three games.
Farabello is a physical education major.
Morris has been a force for the Horned Frogs in the paint early in the season, the North Little Rock, Ark., native is averaging 16 points per game with 7.5 rebounds per game. Add to that, three steals and a 68.2 percent field goal percentage, Morris will be a major factor in the TCU offense this season.
Morris is a fashion merchandising major with a minor in sociology.
Wells went for 112 yards receiving in the month and had a career day in the Frogs' most recent game against Kansas, catching two touchdown passes and amassing 70 yards receiving. Wells also hauled in the second longest completion of his career, a 46-yard touchdown from Max Duggan.
Wells is a criminal justice major.
