
Clark to Play in LPGA Event

May 2, 2018 THE COLONY, Texas -- TCU junior Annika Clark will play in this weekend's Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic in The Colony, Texas.
Clark qualified for her second LPGA event. She also played in the 2014 LPGA North Texas Shootout at Las Colinas.
A Highlands, Texas, native, Clark won't be the only Horned Frog in the Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic. She will be joined in the field by four-time TCU All-American and longtime LPGA Tour member Angela Stanford.
Clark has a 7:22 a.m. Thursday tee time from hole No. 1. She will be paired with Natalie Gulbis and Emily K. Pedersen. Stanford has a 7:44 a.m. tee time.
Clark's 74.7 career stroke average ranks second in TCU history, while her six eagles place fourth.
