KANSAS CITY – The TCU women's soccer team kicks off postseason play Sunday afternoon against Texas Tech in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Championships. TCU enters the tournament as the No. 4 seed. The Horned Frogs are riding a three-match winning streak and boast a 12-4-2 overall record.
TCU NOTABLES
• For the third straight season, TCU has tallied 12 wins. It's the first time in program history that TCU has produced three consecutive double-digit win seasons. The 12 wins are tied for second all-time.
•TCU cracked the Top 25 of the TopDrawerSoccer.com poll for the first time in program history.
•TCU has climbed to 23 in the RPI after handing Texas Tech a 2-0 loss.
•TCU won three road conference matches for the second time in program history (2008).
•The Horned Frogs have won three straight games and enter the Big 12 Tournament as the No. 4 seed. It's the second straight season TCU has finished in the upper half of the standings.

MAKING THEIR MARK
While small in actual number, the six freshmen have made a big impact on the squad this season. They have combined to score 12 goals and have pitched in nine assists for 33 points. Additionally, the group has five game-winning goals.
Maddy Warren is tied for the team lead with six goals and leads the squad with four assists. She is bidding to be the first freshman since Emma Heckendorn in 2014 to lead the team in scoring.
SPREADING THE WEALTH
The Horned Frogs rank fourth in the Big 12 this season with 33 goals scored. Thirteen Frogs have contributed to the 30 goals. Additionally, four Frogs have contributed two assists each giving TCU 17 players with at least two points this season.
Eight Frogs have tallied their first career goals this season, while eight have registered their first career point.
