
Frogs Finish Perfect in Australia

For the second straight game, the Frogs got a balanced offensive effort. Kianna Ray led TCU in scoring with 14 points and also had a game-high five assists. Dakota Vann and Jordan Moore also scored in double figures with 10 and 13 points, respectively. Moore also led TCU with seven rebounds and went 7-of-10 from the free throw line. She led the Frogs on the glass in all four games in Australia.
TCU led by 12 points, 26-14, midway through the second quarter, but from there exploded for a 14-0 run to close the half with a 40-14 lead. TCU then opened the second half with a 10-0 run to push the lead to 50-14. TCU led by as many as 51 points, 86-35, late in the fourth quarter.
TCU shot 43.3 percent (33-of-76), including 5-of-10 from long range. On the other hand, the Frogs held Knox to 20 percent (12-of-60). The Frogs had 22 steals and forced 27 turnovers. Lauren Heard led TCU with six steals while Jayde Woods had five.
A lot of fans where in the stands to see TCU's Ella Hellessey, a Dromana, Australia native, including her former club team. Hellessey scored eight points and also added six rebounds, three assists and a team-high three blocks.
The Frogs return home to Fort Worth, Texas on Wednesday after going 4-0 on their tour of Sydney and Melbourne.
