Team Notes
* TCU posted a plus-20 rebounding margin, 43-23, its biggest margin in a Big 12 game since joining the league in 2012-13.
* TCU shot 75.0 percent from the free throw line for the eighth straight game. The Frogs have shot over 70.0 percent in 10 straight. TCU hit 84.0 percent (21-of-25) on Sunday.
* TCU has made at least seven 3-pointers in all but four games this season. The Frogs hit 7-of-18 (38.9 percent) on Sunday.
* TCU has won six straight regular-season meetings against Kansas (all six under Raegan Pebley). The Frogs are 8-5 all-time against Kansas, including 7-5 since joining the Big 12.
* TCU won on the road for the first time since Feb. 17, 2016, also at Kansas.
* TCU used a starting lineup of AJ Alix, Toree Thompson, Jada Butts, Kianna Ray and Jordan Moore. It's the fourth time TCU used that lineup with the first three coming in the first three games of the season. TCU posted a 3-0 record in those games.
* For the first time this season, TCU wore its pink uniforms. The Frogs are scheduled to wear the uniforms again at Oklahoma State (Feb. 15) and at home in their own Play4Kay game against Kansas State (Feb. 18).
Individual Notes
* AJ Alix scored 25 points, her fifth 20-point game of the season and the ninth of her career. It was her 14th double-figure scoring game this season and the 36th of her career. The 25 points were a season-high and one shy of a career high.
* Alix scored 22 of her points in the second half, making her the first Frog to score over 20 in a half since she herself scored 26 in the second half against West Virginia on Jan. 24, 2016.
* Alix hit three 3-pointers to bring her career total to 137, moving her into eighth place on TCU's career leaderboard.
* Jordan Moore posted a career-high 18 points and 14 rebounds for her fourth career double-double, all this season. She scored in double figures for the 11th time and had double-digit rebounds for the fifth time this season.
* After Sunday and her 13-point, 16-rebound, four-block performance against Kansas just two weeks ago, Moore averaged 15.5 points, 15.0 rebounds and 4.0 blocks against KU this regular season.
* Jada Butts scored 13 points, her 11th double-figure scoring game this season and the 30th of her career. She also added five rebounds and a game-high six assists.
* Amber Ramirez finished with two 3-pointers, giving her at least one in 13 of her 15 career games. Ramirez finished with eight points, a season-high five rebounds and five assists.
