Team Notes
* Despite the loss, TCU is in a tie for sixth place in the Big 12 standings with Iowa State. The top six teams after the regular season receive first-round byes.
* TCU missed its first 10 attempts from 3-point range. The Frogs finished 4-of-24 (16.7 percent). They entered ninth in the country at 39.0 percent this season. TCU also failed to make seven 3-pointers for just the fifth time this season.
* TCU has now shot 70.0 percent or better from the free throw line in 12 straight games. The Frogs hit 21-of-26 for 80.8 percent on Sunday.
* TCU used the same starting lineup for the third straight game (AJ Alix, Toree Thompson, Jada Butts, Kianna Ray and Jordan Moore). That lineup is now 5-1 this season.
Individual Notes
* AJ Alix finished with 21 points, her seventh 20-point game this season and the 11th of her career. It was her 16th game in double figures this season and the 38th of her career.
* Alix became the first Frog with 20-plus points in three straight games since Zahna Medley did so in the final two games of 2013-14 and the first game of 2014-15. Medley was also the last to do so in the same season, accomplishing the feet earlier in the 2013-14 season.
* Jada Butts finished with 14 points, her 13th game in double figures this season and the 32nd of her career.
* Amber Ramirez scored 11 points, her fifth double figure scoring game this season.
